160mm Dust Collection Pipe Clamp Standard Duty Modular Ducting Clamp Ring Quick Release Fast Lock
Modular ducting clamp is equipped with the handle mechanism. It is specially designed for duct systems made from 1 and 1.2 mm steel plate. The clamps are made of zinc plated or stainless steel 304 materials, which are rust proof for bad circumstance. It features quick locking and release of duct fittings and save much working time. Each adjustable quick lock clamp includes a pin for securing the handle closed. In addition, the clamps have a rubber lining in the inner circle of the clamp. This rubber lining creates a seal when the clamp handle is closed, joining the two pipes (or pipe and elbow, blastgate, etc.) as one.

Usage of modular ductwork clamp:
The use of quick lock and release clamping ring creates a sealed joint and reduces installation time to almost half that of conventional methods of ducting. It provide optimal protection for pipe applications. The lever machenism designs are for applications where joints need to be closed and released frequently and quickly. The red rubber ring plays the role of sealing.
